Pentagon Row
A mixed-use development highlighted by 300,000 square feet of retail, 500 residential units, an ice skating rink, and a large central plaza. One of the first projects in Northern Virginia to embrace the new “urban village” concept, Pentagon Row’s pedestrian-friendly model has become the standard for similar developments elsewhere.
Vantage at Merrifield Town Center
One of the first town centers of its type in Fairfax County. The project includes hundreds of condominiums and more than 100,000 square feet of retail. Zoning approval was the culmination of years of task force studies and work with the Merrifield community.
Metropolitan Park at Pentagon City
A large multi-phase residential project that is planned for over 3,000 residential units and will include a two-acre public park. Master-planned by noted architect, Robert A.M. Stern, it successfully incorporates Arlington County’s planning concepts at the highest level.
Clarendon II Self-Storage Facility
Named the region’s “Best Special Use Facility” by the Washington Business Journal, this project disguises a storage facility and ground floor retail behind a Bijou-theater style architectural façade.
Garfield Park
A residential mixed-use project located in Clarendon. Closely scrutinized by citizen groups, Garfield Park ultimately won their support, along with the unanimous approval of the Arlington County Board.
Radley Acura (Fairfax County)
Expansion of one of the region’s largest and most successful Acura dealerships.
Bromptons at Monument Place
Classically styled townhouse development located steps from the Iwo Jima Memorial and overlooking the Nation’s Capital.
Joule (at Virginia Square)
A mid-sized residential project with innovative artists’ studies on the ground floor, Joule was the first project approved pursuant to Arlington’s MU-VS Zoning Category; a category that our firm helped to create.
Maplewood
Planned single family development in Fairfax County.
ZOSO (at Clarendon)
A mid-sized C-TH project combining retail, office and residential uses. Located in the heart of Clarendon, the project received the unanimous approval of the Arlington County Board.
Marymount University
We obtained a number of land use approvals for one of Northern Virginia’s largest private universities.
Bromptons at Cherrydale
A mixed-use project consisting of condominiums, townhouses, single-family homes and ground floor retail. This was one of the first projects in the planned revitalization of Cherrydale and was recognized by the Washington Smart Growth Alliance as a “smart growth” development that created a “landmark main street presence”.
Babies “R” Us
38,000 square foot superstore located in Bailey’s Crossroads.
IÓ Piazza (at Shirlington)
A 13 story residential project located in Arlington’s rapidly redeveloping Shirlington neighborhood. Our firm obtained an amendment to the project’s site plan that allowed its developer to breath new life into the building’s design, thereby making it more modern in presentation and increasing its marketability.
Silver Diner
We obtained approvals in multiple Northern Virginia locations for these “retro” dining establishments.
