Dee Dee Payne
Dee Dee joined the firm in 1983 with William B. Lawson, Sr. and William B. Lawson, Jr. Dee Dee has provided legal assistance and office management duties to the firm through the various changes in the firm since 1983. She has worked primarily with William B. Lawson, Jr. performing title searches and assisting with real estate transactions including deeds, contracts, leases, and loan documents. She also assists with preparation of Wills and Trusts in connection with many of the clients real estate needs. She works closely with Mr. Lawson on land use matters, including research, assistance with applications for rezoning, zoning violations, and other aspects of development. Dee Dee has throughout the years performed all office management duties with respect to personnel, billing, and many other general duties required by the law firm.
